We offer an unrivalled, complete service from design and development through to installation in store. Clients can use all of the services, or just the parts they need. The full service includes design, development and prototyping, manufacture, global logistics and installation. Railston offer multiple supply options to meet client budget expectations, lead times and storage capacity. Our service is truly worldwide with manufacturers and storage in locations across the globe.
Feasibility cost analysis
We take time to understand your requirements; be it a new concept, new brief or a review of your existing equipment suite and store design. We will provide sample pricing and design services to see if our offer is viable. Our global manufacturing options are extremely cost effective and we offer a variety of supply routes for all lead times.

Design, development & prototyping
Our in-house design team will take a full client brief and discuss value engineering options. We will agree finishes and provide samples. Full working and manufacturing drawings will be created, and we will manufacture prototypes for testing, client approval and sign off. We welcome the opportunity to work with client design teams or external design agencies as required.

Manufacturing
Our extensive global supply chain will be utilised to meet your aspirations in terms of price, lead time and volume requirements. All factories are subject to our ethical auditing programme no matter where they are in the world, and we welcome the opportunity to take clients to see their equipment being manufactured. We will manage and maintain quality through our detailed quality control process which requires checking at various stages of manufacture and before shipping.

Logistics
We fully coordinate and manage global transport of finished goods from multiple factories to anywhere in the world. We take care of all import and export processes or we can work with client logistical teams and 3rd parties as required. We can provide delivery to client storage locations, to 3rd party storage, direct to store or to one of Railston’s storage locations.

Storage
We offer storage at locations across the world including the UK, Europe, Far East, USA and Australia and we can arrange storage in other territories as required. Clients benefit from competitive, bulk pricing, without the need to store the goods themselves.
Goods are stored safely and securely within Railston’s warehousing and can be called off on demand by the client to meet their programme. Delivery can be to stores, to client’s own storage facilities or to nominated 3rd parties.

Pick, pack and delivery
Equipment stored within Railston facilities can be requested by the client when needed. Our in-house team can call off equipment from drawings if required. Requested stock will be picked and wrapped for onward transport to stores. If needed, Railston can provide a pre-assembly service to ease or reduce installation time within the store. Railston can arrange deliveries to anywhere in the world.

Installation
We provide installation of retail display equipment, either as part of a new store, a refit or a roll out programme. Our professional installation teams will meet the equipment on site and offload or arrange for offload by others. The installation teams work with Main Contractors and alongside other trades as required.
We can also provide detailed installation instructions if the equipment is being installed by others.
